Recently, the Centre for Policy Studies and Research (CPSR) was established vide Letter No. – 11-51/MK/CPSR/2023-24/NICF dated 21.02.2024 under the aegis of National Institute of Communication Finance (NICF)
The CPSR at NICF is mandated to enhance the expertise of government officials and private sector professionals, fostering collaboration in the communications policy domain through joint research and training programs. Amongst other research and training ventures, CPSR aims to publish policy briefs, white papers, and reports on various relevant policy issues from time to time as well as a bi-annual peer reviewed Journal named “Journal of Communication Finance”. These publications are intended to focus on relevant issues of the day and may serve as actionable policy inputs for both governmental and private entities, contributing significantly to informed decision-making.
In contributing to our inaugural issue of the journal, we encourage submissions that delve into the dynamic landscape of Emerging Areas and Challenges within the Postal and Telecom Sector.
