ABOUT THE JOURNAL

The Journal of Communications Finance is an initiative of the Centre for Policy Studies and Research (CPSR) under the National Communications Academy--Finance (NCA-F), a Central Training Institute functioning under the Ministry of Communications, which plays a pivotal role in capacity building for IP&TAFS cadre officers through specialized training in accounts, finance, and communication policy. The journal seeks to publish high-quality research papers and articles that contribute to the evolving landscape of the postal and telecommunications sectors, serving as a valuable resource for academicians, policymakers, and industry professionals by addressing contemporary challenges and emerging opportunities. Its scope spans interconnected areas such as communication policy, spectrum economics, telecom licensing, postal finance, public and corporate finance, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based and actionable insights.
