Refresher Program for 'Group A' Officers on "Reconnecting with the Field: Current Issues in Licensing Finance, SUC and CCA Operations"
A two-day Refresher Program, “Reconnecting with the Field: Current Issues in Licensing Finance, SUC and CCA Operations” from 10–11 September 2026 for Group ‘A’ officers of DoT field units. The program is designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of licensing finance, Spectrum Usage Charges (SUC), Bank Guarantees, SARAS and SAMPANN systems, internal audit practices, and recent policy developments. Through expert-led sessions, case studies, and practical discussions, the program aims to enhance field-level decision-making, operational efficiency, and effective implementation of key telecom finance functions.
