Two-day Workshop on implementation of One State One GST (OSOG)

The National Communications Academy–Finance (NCA-F) is organizing a two-day Workshop on the Implementation of One State One GST (OSOG) to equip officers with the knowledge and practical skills required for the smooth transition to the new GST framework in the Department of Posts. The workshop aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the OSOG model, including GST registration reforms, migration to new GSTINs, return filing procedures, and compliance requirements. It will strengthen participants’ ability to manage key GST processes such as Input Tax Credit (ITC), Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM), GST-TDS, reconciliation, and record maintenance. The programme will also familiarize officers with the revised roles and responsibilities of Circle Offices, PAOs, and DDOs, while enhancing their proficiency in using the Taxation Module and Query Management System. Through discussions on implementation challenges, audit observations, and best practices, the workshop seeks to enable efficient GST administration, improve compliance, and facilitate seamless adoption of the One State One GST framework across the Department of Posts.
