Workshop on "Samanvay : Advancing Policy Convergence and Collaborative Governance through Indian Knowledge System"

National Communications Academy–Finance (NCA-F) is set to host a half-day workshop on “Samnvaya: Advancing Policy Convergence and Collaborative Governance through Indian Knowledge System,” bringing together officers from DoT and CTIs for a rich learning experience. The workshop blends systems thinking with Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) to foster integrated, holistic decision-making in governance. Through interactive sessions, participants will explore strategic policy negotiation, cross-departmental convergence, and collaborative problem-solving. Emphasizing values like Dharma, accountability, and public purpose, the program aims to strengthen ethical and citizen-centric governance. It promises to equip officers with practical tools for addressing complex, multi-stakeholder challenges with greater coherence and synergy.
