Workshop on "Claim Submission and Settlement under Amended BharatNet Program (ABP) and 4G Saturation Project"

The workshop on “Claim Submission and Settlement under the Amended BharatNet Programme (ABP) and 4G Saturation Project” is designed to enhance the capacity of stakeholders involved in the implementation and financial management of these flagship connectivity initiatives. It aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end claim processing framework, including claim submission, documentation, verification, approval, and settlement procedures.
The programme seeks to familiarize participants with the applicable financial guidelines, prescribed documentation, approval workflows, and compliance requirements necessary for accurate and timely claim settlement. It also aims to clarify the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders, including CCAs, BSNL, Independent Engineers (IEs), and Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs), in the claim management process. Further, the workshop will provide practical insights into project-specific financial procedures, including the FTTH Module under ABP and financial processes under the 4G Saturation Project, to promote transparency, consistency, and efficiency in claim processing.
