Induction Training (31st Batch) for Assistant Accounts Officers recruited through LDCE 2022 and LDCE 2024

The Induction Training Programme for the 31st Batch of Assistant Accounts Officers (AAOs) is designed to equip newly inducted officers with the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required to effectively discharge their responsibilities in the Department of Telecommunications and the Department of Posts.
The programme aims to strengthen participants’ understanding of telecom and postal operations, government financial management, accounting and auditing practices, administration, and Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO) functions. It also focuses on enhancing digital proficiency through hands-on training on key e-governance platforms and office management systems.
In addition, the programme seeks to develop leadership qualities, behavioural competencies, and a service-oriented mindset while familiarizing officers with contemporary themes such as Mission Karmayogi, Government 2.0 Vision, Cyber Security, Forensic Auditing, and Indian Knowledge Systems. Through this comprehensive learning experience, the programme prepares AAOs to contribute effectively to transparent, accountable, and citizen-centric governance.
