Workshop on "e-governance and Workplace Efficiency"

The workshop aims to enhance participants’ understanding of e-Governance and its role in improving workplace efficiency, transparency and service delivery. It seeks to equip participants with practical approaches to effectively leverage digital tools and technology, streamline work processes, improve coordination and communication, and promote a more productive and responsive work environment. The workshop also encourages participants to identify opportunities for process improvement, digital transformation and efficient use of resources in their day-to-day official functioning.
