Hands-on training cum UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Workshop on SAMPANN Module

A five-day Hands-on Training-cum-User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Workshop on the SAMPANN Module is being organized by the National Communications Academy–Finance (NCA-F), New Delhi, in two batches during July 2026. The workshop aims to familiarize officers and officials dealing with SAMPANN with its enhanced functionalities, revised workflows, operational procedures, and upcoming features. It will also equip participants with practical knowledge of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure smooth implementation and efficient utilization of the system. SAMPANN, the Department of Telecommunications’ comprehensive pension management platform, streamlines the processing, sanctioning, authorization, payment, and accounting of pensions and other terminal benefits through a unified digital framework.
