This four-week Common Induction Training program designed as a multi-institutional learning journey, unfolds with Week 1 at NCA-F focusing on building strong foundations in Telecom Finance and Governance—covering the Telecommunications Act, Spectrum Management, Audit and Regulatory Frameworks, Digital Inclusion, Financial Planning, and emerging areas like Satellite Communications Finance and Green Telecom; Week 2 led by NCA-W at NCA-F, Week 3 at NCA-T, Ghaziabad and a culminating Week 4 at a selected IIM.
